Ellen, a yacht charter broker of 22 years, moved to St. Thomas in 1986 with her husband, Russell, a PADI dive instructor. An active member of the Charter Yacht Broker’s Association (CYBA) since 1992, Ellen currently holds the Vice President’s position. She has also served on the CYBA Board of Directors as the Treasurer for 6 years and is currently a member of the Ethics and Membership Committees.
