We hope your charter lived up to your expectations. We would love to know some of your impressions about your yachting vacation. Please answer the following questions and add any comments you may have.
1. Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Bruce and Laura were very knowledgeable and confident sailors. This was great because we had no sailing experience. They warmly welcomed aboard our family of five after a long travel day that included lost luggage.
2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
The yacht was spic and span, with all sorts of nooks and crannies where each of us could relax. From sunning on the 'trampoline' to sitting around the teak table playing cards everyone was able to find a spot to relax.
3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, we had nice breezes coming in the windows at night while sleeping and normally all day while on the upper deck. One evening was a bit still and warm, but each room had a fan , we don't care much for air conditioning, so that was fine.
4. Was the food good and well presented?
Yes, we were amazed daily with what Laura was able to create in her kitchen...on a boat! Seafood dishes, chicken, beef, desserts,(key lime pie, brownies, chocolate pie etc.) Bruce was always attentive in the drink department and mixes a mean rum punch.
5. Did you like the area you sailed?
The area was totally new to all of us, so everything we saw was breathtaking and interesting. We very much felt like we were 'away from it all'. There was light activity most places we went, so the trip was very relaxing. They took us to places where we could snorkel, hike, and just generally see beautiful sights.
6. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
No, your service was excellent, our trip went off without a hitch.

8. Additional comments on your charter?
Thank you to VI Sailing and to Bruce and Laura of Amaryllis for an unforgettable family get away. It was obvious that the crew tailored the menu and activities based on what we had written on our preference sheet. Everyone agreed it was our best family vacation ever...there was something for everyone, and a wonderful family bonding week. It was great to get away from the big beach resorts and spend time together in a beautiful part of the world.
