Extremely accomodating and took us anywhere we wanted to go and had many great suggestions to fit our interests 2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean? The crew runs a very tight ship - everything was spotless and very comfortable 3. Was the yacht well ventilated? yes, the yacht has excellant ventilation control above and below deck 4. Was the food good and well presented? the food was far beyond our expectations, great selection of food items, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented 5. Did you like the area you sailed? yes, the crew worked with us, the wind and swells to find ideal locations in VI and BVI 6. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way? no, got the info we needed 7. May we post this review on our website? Yes 8. Additional comments on your charter? All four of us had an excellent trip - Sonny and Anja are extremely capable and enthusiastic crew. Their knowledge of the area helped guide us on best places to visit and were willing to participate in all the acitities we were interested in. They made us feel at home on the Elektra and went above and beyond in accomodating our requests.

We would love to know some of your impressions about your yachting vacation. Please answer the following questions and add any comments you may have. 1. Was the crew friendly and accommodating? Sonny and Anja could not have been better. They are two easy going people, always in a good mood, wanting you to be happy and feel great. They were both very helpful and nice at all times. 2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean? The boat, is not a new one, but we found it very comfortable and charming. The boat is very spacious with plenty of room to sun-bath, sit down at the shadow or whatever you feel like doing. We really enjoyed laying down after dinner to watch the stars at night.. Boat was always clean and tidy and so was our room at every time.. 3. Was the yacht well ventilated? Yes 4. Was the food good and well presented? Anja was just amazing with the food! We felt like we were eating in a five-star restaurant at every meal. She would always tell us in advance what she thought of preparing, in case we wanted to change anything, which we never did. We had amazing breakfasts, with fruits and hot dishes such as pancakes or eggs, and great lunches and dinners. She also took a lot of care in the presentation of the food which my wife enjoyed very much! 5. Did you like the area you sailed? We only had 4 days but managed to see all the good spots in the bvi with the route they prepared. They would always ask us what we wanted to do and made some great propositions of nice and solitude beaches and places to snorkel. 6. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way? Everything was great, thank you. We also enjoyed very much our Champagne bottle. 7. May we post this review on our website? Yes 8. Additional comments on your charter? We found Elektra a great boat to sail. Whenever there was wind, we would turn down the engine and just sail. It was very relaxing and beautiful to sail with just the sound of the wind and the waves. Sonny and Anja are a great couple. You constantly feel the love they have for sailing, for the boat, and for life in general. Whenever we wanted to enjoy time with them they were super nice and fun, and when we wanted to be alone, they would respect that too. Sunny is a great captain. He is always concerned with the safety of the boat and very keen on following the sea rules. He is also a fun guy, and an expert in diving without tank! He took us to snorkel and show us the best spots, and would name you all these different types of fish we saw together. He took some nice pics of us with his under water camera. He also makes the best pina colada, we've ever had! Anja is great too, and they compliment each other very well. I'm sure nobody would be disappointed with them. We both are extremely happy with the choice we made, and nothing could have been better! We strongly recommend it!

Ellen, Thank you for providing great arrangements for our sailboat charter last week. Everything worked according to plan, and we had a fantastic time. Elektra was the right boat and we especially enjoyed the crew, Sonny and Anja Lewis. We were highly impressed with their friendliness and professionalism, as well as their hard work and dedication to making Elektra a wonderful vessel for our sailing trip.
