1. Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Yes, they were extreamly friendly and looked after all our needs.
2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Yes, it was in perfect condition.
3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, it had a great airflow with special ventilations on the doors even while closed.
4. Was the food good and well presented?
Adele is an excellent cheff!
5. Did you like the area you sailed?
Yes, we would like to be able to come back with more time.

1. Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Yes, very friendly and accommodating.
2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Excellent.
3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
As well as possible, hot and humid is inevitable.
4. Was the food good and well presented?
Outstanding. More like restaurant service than boat meals.
5. Did you like the area you sailed?
Perfect sail plan, great sailing and snorkelling.
6. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?

8. Additional comments on your charter?
A minor glitch in the booking process for me. The web site is generic and the options are left open so it was not clear at first where to book our travel to, and this was prior to contact with Pierre, the Captain, so I was not sure my flights to STT airport took us to the right place. An extra e-mail request to Gail would probably have resolved this, but I got the impression that it was normally resolved with the Captain. So at the time I was booked the flights I was not totally certain. This was compounded by a delay when Pierre had difficulty contacting us by phone or email.
It seems so obvious that STT is the only airport for US Virgins, but that is not so obvious to new visitors, and then the thought that maybe we should be going to the British Virgins.... I can see why you don't want to be more specific on the web site since the charters are potentially very flexible, but that creates a problem in the logistics if the booking time is short, and in my case I was also travelling (so a phone call was difficult). Some way to help a little more direct from the web-site would have been a big help (there is lots of information on the web-site, but no specifics on the logistics).
But all that was a minor glitch: we had a marvellous experience.
