Our trip on Madiba was extraordinary. The food was fantastic, the diving was excellent and very well guided, and the company was most enjoyable. Peter and Colleen run an extremely professional operation!

8. Additional comments on your charter?
One thing that became quickly obvious was the silly performance about dealing with US immigration. When booking we asked if we could have the boat collect us at St. Thomas. And your answer was yes.
What you needed to say was yes BUT you then will have to sail up Puke Passage to start the song and dance with the US Immigration and waste at least a day of our holiday doing all this and feeling rather ill too.
It would have been simpler for us all and better for our health if you had been honest and told us it would have been quicker and easier if we took the Ferry over to Tortola. It is only $30 and would mean we could have started to sail straight away. I felt sorry for our captain and crew as it was hard for them to get us to the best places on the first day as we had this rigmarol to go through. If we had this information before hand we could have made a more informed decision.
